The e-Government Agency, as the coordinator of Information and Communication Technology in Public Institutions, gives advice on the establishment of all ICT systems in Government institutions, procurement of ICT equipment and other ICT related matters. e-Government agency provides clarification on various criteria to be considered on establishing new systems or improving existing systems as well as the criteria for procurement of ICT equipment according to the required requirements. The agency collaborates with the relevant Institutions step by step until the completion of the established system or the completion of the procurement of the required equipment and to ensure that it complies with the guidelines and standards set by the agency.
