The increase in the use of systems in the Public Service has led to the existence of close monitoring of such systems for quality assurance.
e-Government Agency has prepared guidelines governing the implementation of ICT operations and publicize them to assist public institutions and other stakeholders to provide reliable and accessible e-government services
